Patient voice calls route through Telnyx as low-latency telecommunications transport. Persistent recordings, transcripts, and ePHI storage are designed to stay in Happy Light Tech's approved cloud environment rather than living on the carrier network.

Enterprise-Grade Security & Zero Data Retention
Our GCP and OpenAI architecture uses BAA-backed infrastructure, and Happy Light Tech has activated ZDR for eligible OpenAI API workloads. ePHI is encrypted in transit and at rest, sensitive identifiers use HMAC-SHA256 hashing patterns, and patient data is not used to train AI models.
