Enter the clinic owner email, office basics, and authorized signer details. Create your account and receive a password setup email first. After signing in, you can subscribe and continue clinic onboarding.

Plan, included minutes, and what happens after them

$149/month includes 300 AI conversation minutes each monthly cycle.
After the 300 included minutes are used, AI answering pauses unless you manually buy additional 60-minute credits from your billing page.
Each 60-minute credit is a one-time purchase that currently costs $30. Unused purchased minutes roll over to later cycles.
Included minutes are used first, then purchased credits. Additional minutes are never charged automatically; answering resumes with your next monthly cycle or when you buy another credit.

This clinic uses Open Dental

Create your account first. We email your password setup link before payment. Your account starts in referral mode; you can start a clinic subscription after signing in. Fields marked * are required.

Account email

This email is your sign-in ID. Password setup is sent at registration; clinic onboarding instructions are sent after payment.

Call summaries are emailed to this account email.

Insurance

The AI uses this only as office guidance. It never confirms coverage or benefits and tells callers that your staff verify each plan.

Accepted / in-network insuranceList only insurers your office accepts as in-network. Leaving this blank does not mark any insurer as accepted; the AI will not tell callers a plan is in-network. Delta Dental callers are asked which state their plan is from; that does not list Delta Dental as accepted.

Required service acknowledgements

These acknowledgements cover clinic signup, privacy, acceptable use, cookies, and secure payment processing.

Required I agree to the Happy Light Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Cookie Policy, and acknowledge that subscription and payment processing is handled by Stripe under the Stripe Services Agreement.
